Eugene C Hendrickson

Mr. Hendrickson devotes 100% of his practice to the litigation of personal injury claims on behalf of injured parties. He has practiced in the area of personal injury litigation for over 30 years and has handled hundreds of cases to successful conclusions by both settlement and Jury Verdict.

Mr. Hendrickson has been featured on numerous occasions in "New Jersey Verdict Review and Analysis", "Verdict Search" and the "New Jersey Law Journal" for both verdicts and settlements in serious personal injury cases. He is a Life Member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The New Jersey Association for Justice and the former American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey.

Mr. Hendrickson was born and raised in Ocean County. He is a graduate of Lakewood High School (1971), Villanova University (1975) and Western New England College School of Law (1978). He was admitted to New Jersey State Bar and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 1978. He has been in private practice in Lakewood, New Jersey since his admission to the Bar. He established the firm of Hendrickson & Edelstein with his partner, Steven Edelstein, in 1981.

Mr. Hendrickson is a former Municipal Public Defender and Municipal Prosecutor, positions at which he gained invaluable Trial experience in the early years of his practice. Mr. Hendrickson is presently a Court appointed Plaintiff's Arbitrator for the Ocean County Civil Arbitration Program where he regularly determines liability and awards damages in personal injury suits. He was appointed to said position by the Superior Court of New Jersey over 15 years ago and has adjudicated hundreds of personal injury cases in that capacity. He is also regularly engaged by private law firms to sit as a plaintiff's Arbitrator in serious and complex personal injury litigation matters.

When not engaged in the practice of law, Mr. Hendrickson enjoys travel, fishing, boating and skiing. He is conversant in Spanish which he continues to study.
